Yumm! Going to fix this tonight as both my boyfriend and I have been craving liver. We usually take care of that craving with livercheese sandwiches once in a while, but going for the bacon wrapped will be a real treat. My cat loves liver; she can even smell livercheese in the sealed bag, so I imaging she will be rolling around on the kitchen floor drooling when this is in the oven!
